Blocking Lace Is Magic

This week I'll tell you about the magic of blocking lace.  (Spoiler Alert: the Emelyn Mae Shawl is finished!)  Also, Bentley is such a puppy and the fiber arts community is awesome.  Listen here.

  • Just after taking this blocking photo, I decided to add a blocking wire at the left edge of the lace, indicated by the green line.  That helped it block straight across and worked better than the pins alone.
